Postcard series based off of Sianne Ngai’s “Our Aesthetic Categories,” which discusses the aesthetic categories and what they mean, analysing them through the words “zany”, “interesting and “cute”, which I reinterpreted into “performativity”, “trivial” and “tenderness”. Three of them have been animated into looping gifs.
